This page describes a later refresh of existing decorative permanent eyeliner. Shape, position and remaining colour determine whether and how further pigmentation may be possible. A very dark, blurred or poorly positioned line cannot automatically be corrected by adding colour.

We agree the exact touch-up date individually during your consultation and after treatment. We take healing, your availability and personal circumstances into account, and arrange a different date with you if needed.
The comparison image shows a lighter and a darker eyeliner contour. It helps illustrate the different effects of a line. A suitable design is planned according to your existing pigmentation; the colour is assessed after individual healing.
Eyelid skin is sensitive. Pigmentation is not performed during active eye infections or on inflamed or injured skin. Eye conditions, previous eye surgery, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies and medication must be discussed before the appointment. Assessment by an eye specialist may be necessary.
We use sterile, single-use materials and REACH-compliant pigments. Pigmentation still carries risks, including irritation, swelling and allergic reactions. Do not stop prescribed medication or eye drops without medical advice.

Personal line planning The need depends on actual fading, the existing line, skin condition and your wishes. A fixed schedule of two or four years does not suit every eyeliner. The early touch-up from the initial treatment package differs from a later refresh.
Pain perception varies individually. You may feel scratching, stinging or pressure during pigmentation. We discuss your sensitivity beforehand and ask you to mention any discomfort during treatment. A pain-free treatment cannot be guaranteed.
Irritation or swelling may occur after pigmentation; their extent and course vary. You receive personal aftercare advice. An unobtrusive eye area the following day cannot be promised. Seek prompt ophthalmic help if pain increases, redness is marked or vision changes occur.
Another studio’s work is first assessed according to shape, remaining colour and skin condition. A photo via WhatsApp helps with initial orientation but does not replace an in-person assessment. Not every old line is suitable for a normal refresh.
Possible additions depend on the position, width and remaining colour of the existing line. Extending or widening it does not automatically suit every eye; a broad old line cannot simply become narrower through more pigmentation. Olga Keller discusses realistic options and, where needed, another approach beforehand.
Have extensions professionally removed before the appointment. We agree the interval before pigmentation and before reapplication individually. Irritated or unhealed eyelids are not treated; one general restart date does not fit every healing course.
Healing is individual. You receive personal aftercare advice. Do not rub treated eyelids, and pause eye makeup, swimming, sauna and exercise during the agreed recovery period. Increasing pain, marked redness or changes in vision require ophthalmic help.
