Permanent makeup can provide longer-term definition for eyebrows, lips or the eye contour. At Kosmetikinstitut Expert in Berlin, Olga Keller plans shape, colour and technique with you personally. This overview helps you find the right treatment area and distinguish an initial pigmentation from an assessment of existing PMU.
Olga Keller brings years of experience with colour, proportions and pigmentation to your individual plan. She discusses your wishes, assesses skin and existing pigment, and explains the process before treatment. The healed result and any further appointments are reviewed together.

With manual hair strokes, fine lines are planned to suit the existing brow shape. Suitability for your skin and wishes is assessed during consultation.
Design: Individual lines and their direction are mapped and agreed together.
Fine dotted shading complements the desired brow effect. Depending on the plan, it can be combined with hair strokes; a suitable design is discussed personally.
Planning: Dot density, remaining pigment and desired intensity are assessed together.
Machine-applied pigment dots create a soft powder gradient. Intensity and transitions can be planned differently; skin condition and existing PMU are assessed first.
Gradient: The desired definition of brow fronts, arches and tails is agreed with you.
More extensive shading can give brows stronger definition. Planned density and shape follow your starting condition; not every old pigmentation is suitable for simple covering.
Design: Contour and intensity are planned to suit existing brows.
Lip pigmentation can visually enhance colour and contour. Olga Keller assesses natural lip colour and existing pigment, then discusses the desired effect with you.
Techniques: Aquarelle Lips, Full Shading, 3D Ombré Lips, Contour with Shading, Lip Light
Colour planning: The preferred shade is agreed beforehand; colour is assessed after healing.
Decorative eyeliner is planned personally in terms of line and intensity. The design must suit eye shape, eyelid skin and any existing pigment.
Techniques: Classic eyeliner, shaded eyeliner.
Separate service: Lash-line enhancement defines the lash roots and has its own prices.
This overview shows the prices in our online booking. Select the appropriate area and, for a later refresh, state whether the first work was performed with us or another studio. Complex corrections are assessed personally; a different scope and any costs are agreed beforehand.
The initial treatment package includes a touch-up, usually after 4–6 weeks. It is used to assess and, where needed, add to the healed result. A later refresh is a separate appointment.
We agree the exact touch-up date individually during your consultation and after treatment. We take healing, your availability and personal circumstances into account, and arrange a different date with you if needed.

Pain sensitivity is individual and may vary depending on the treatment area. You may feel scratching, pressure or irritation. Olga Keller discusses possible pain-relief measures and breaks with you before treatment begins.

Sensations during pigmentation are individual and also depend on the area. Scratching, pressure or irritation may occur. Sensitivity, pain-relief options and breaks are discussed beforehand; you can mention discomfort at any time.
The development of colour depends on technique, skin and the starting condition, among other factors. Pigments may fade, change in appearance or remain visible longer. A later refresh is planned according to the actual condition, not automatically after a fixed number of years.
Microblading uses manually planned fine hair lines. Powder Brows create shading through machine-applied pigment dots. Suitability is assessed according to your skin, brows and wishes.
The touch-up included in the initial treatment package is usually after 4–6 weeks. It assesses healing and possible additions; the exact date is agreed individually. A later refresh is a separate service. Existing work from another studio is assessed beforehand along with scope and price.
We do not pigment during acute inflammation, infection or on broken skin in the treatment area. We do not perform pigmentation during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with a known keloid tendency. Conditions, clotting disorders, allergies and medication must be discussed beforehand and medically assessed where needed. People prone to cold sores discuss possible prevention with their doctor.
Tell us about medication, known allergies and previous treatments beforehand. Do not stop prescribed medicines or eye drops on your own. Preparation depends on the area and your condition; for lips or eyelids, we also discuss previous fillers, cold sores, contact lenses and lash products.
Before refreshing or correcting, remaining colour, shape and skin condition are assessed. Not every old pigmentation can be covered simply. A photo via WhatsApp helps with initial orientation but does not replace an in-person assessment of the appropriate approach.
