Our beauty salon is centrally located in Berlin-Mitte: Heinrich-Heine-Straße 62D, 10179 Berlin. The studio is only about 400 meters from Moritzplatz U-Bahn station and about 400 meters from Heinrich-Heine-Straße U-Bahn station, easily reachable on foot.
Thanks to our central location in Berlin-Mitte, our beauty salon is quickly and conveniently accessible from all districts of Berlin. The excellent public transport connections allow easy travel from the entire city area.
Booking by phone is possible, however we are often unavailable during treatments. The most convenient and fastest way to reach us is via WhatsApp, email, or SMS – we will respond as soon as possible, including Sundays.
Yes, advance booking is required. Evening hours and Saturdays are particularly in high demand.
Yes. You will receive a reminder the day before or on the day of your appointment via SMS, WhatsApp, or call to the phone number you provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can start on time. If you are late, the treatment duration will be shortened accordingly.
Yes. If you prefer a specific specialist, please let us know when booking your appointment.
Single treatment: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple treatments: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance. In case of no-show or late cancellation after confirmed booking, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total treatment price.
Yes, we offer gift vouchers. These can be redeemed for treatments. Cash redemption is not possible.
Avoid direct sun exposure on the treatment day. Do not eat 1 hour before treatment. No alcohol 24 hours before treatment. Drink plenty of water before and after treatment. Men should ideally not shave 3 hours before treatment.
A detailed consultation takes place before every permanent makeup treatment. Please inform us in advance about health restrictions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medication use. Alcohol and direct sun exposure should be avoided.
Please arrive without makeup, mascara, or eye cream. Contact lenses should be removed before treatment.
Yes. Please inform us about any health conditions when booking your appointment to avoid potential risks.
