That depends on your skin type and your goals. If you're unsure, we recommend simply booking a 90-minute treatment (e.g., «Rejuvenation» or «LUX»). On-site, we perform a professional skin analysis and can flexibly adapt the treatment to your needs. This way you get exactly what your skin needs.
Yes, with our 90-minute treatments we are very flexible. If we find during the treatment that your skin needs something different, we can adjust the treatment plan on-site. We have all the necessary equipment and active ingredients at hand.
For a permanently well-groomed complexion, we recommend a rhythm of 4 to 6 weeks – corresponding to the natural renewal cycle of the skin. For acute problems (e.g., acne), shorter intervals of 2 weeks may initially be beneficial.
Most of our treatments are completely painless or very pleasant. Only during extraction (removing blackheads) can a brief pressure sensation occur. For microneedling, we use a numbing cream on request. We always pay attention to your comfort.
For most treatments, yes – you will have a radiant glow. Only after microneedling or intensive chemical peelings can the skin be reddened for 24-48 hours. We advise you in advance about possible downtime.

You can come however suits you. We thoroughly cleanse your face at the beginning of each treatment. After the treatment, however, we recommend letting the skin "breathe" for 12-24 hours and avoiding heavy makeup.
Yes, many of our treatments are specially suited for sensitive skin. Mesoporation and light therapy are particularly gentle. For rosacea or couperose, we individually adapt all treatments – e.g., we avoid hot steam. Please let us know about any sensitivities when booking.
